48 Hour Cancellation Policy

I understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment you provide me with 48 Hours notice. This will enable for another client who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot. With cancellations made less than 48 hours notice, I am unable to offer that time slot to other clients.

Appointments which are cancelled with less than 48 Hour notification will be subject to a fee of 100% of the service price booked.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without a call or email to us (seibellaspa.co@gmail.com) will be considered a NO SHOW. This fee will be attached to your account and due on your next visit with us if the card used to reserve declines. Clients who No-Show two (2) or more times in a 3 month period, may be dismissed from our boutique or will have to pre-pay before booking.

I understand that special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 48 hours. Fees in this instance the fee may be waived but only with management approval.

My Boutique strongly believes that esthetician/client relationship is based upon understanding and good communication.

Please respect my time as I respect yours. I am a solo esthetician and I lose income when you do not show for an appointment. I am blocking time on my schedule for you and without out notice I can not fill the appointment time for anyone else. This is how I make a living so please be considerate of my time.

Scheduling an Appointment

When scheduling an appointment with us you will be asked for your credit card to hold the appointment as well as your full name, phone number, and email address (so we can send you text reminders). Those without a credit card are invited to try us out on a walk-in basis.

Late Arrivals

Please allow yourself enough time to locate us and have 10 minutes to sit and relax in the waiting area. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment start time, we will not have enough time to complete your service. If you are too late to make your appointment, you WILL be considered a "last-minute cancel" and will be charged accordingly.

Walk In's

We do our best to accommodate walk in clients, but we are generally busy and our schedules more than often do not have room to fit walk-ins.  We do however take last minute appointments, so please check out our online booking first we would love to schedule you!  We highly recommend checking the online booking system often as sometimes availability may become available.
