Arrival and Parking

Conveniently located near The Point in El Segundo in Sola Salon Studios on Rosecrans. Located next door to Orange Theory Gym and Nomad Eatery. You may park in any available parking space you can find. Please arrive at your appointment time and TEXT ME ONCE YOU ARE PARKED. We have a beautiful outdoor patio for waiting if you arrive early. Or you can wait in any available chair inside Sola Salon.

Please allow yourself enough time to locate us so you are not feeling rushed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment start time, I will not have enough time to complete your service. If you are too late to make your appointment, you WILL be considered a "last-minute cancel" and will be charged 100% of the service price booked.

Canceling your Appointment

I have a very strict 48• hour cancellation policy. If you do not show for your appointment (or email to give 48 hours notice) there will be a fee of 100% of the service price due.  The credit card you use to reserve your appointment will be charged this fee.

Please, please, please respect my time as I do yours. I send out plenty of reminders and have an easy online scheduling system in which it allows you to move your appointment around. If you cancel on me last minute more than 2 times you will have to book future appointments and pay in advance with a credit card to hold your appointment. I thank you for understanding.

 

Booking in Advance

All apointments are booked online. Please be sure to book in advance and always book your appointments when you leave. It is always best to book every 3 to 4 weeks for your Bikini area and every 2 to 3 weeks for your eyebrows - please plan ahead. We will continue to book appointments in the order they are received.

I offer Student Discounts. You must have a valid student I.D. at time of visit to receive discount. Must show at time of payment.

Referral Discounts

I love and appreciate all your referrals. In order for you to receive a special gift on your next visit, you must tell your referral, your first and last name, and it must be mentioned at his/her visit. We will create a gift card for you to use on your next visit. It is very important that you tell your friend to mention your name. Thank you for referring!!
